Experience how gentle movement, breath work and meditation can address your whole body and mind. No previous yoga experience is required. This class includes non-strenuous movements with pranayama (breath control) and various Self-care techniques based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu and E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique). All are welcome.

Ottilia takes time to lovingly prepare for your session. If you wish to reschedule, cancel or request a refund, she requires 24 hours advance notice prior to your appointment. Any request for rescheduling or cancellation made later than 24 hours prior to the appointment may not be honored or refunded. Clients may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the due time.
